Each Futuro Futuro range hood boasts the flexibility to be seamlessly installed in either a ducted configuration, directing air outside, or a ductless setup that recirculates air. While the preference leans toward ducted applications, there are instances where duct installation becomes impractical, such as in towering skyscrapers, numerous condominiums, or cooperative apartments. In these scenarios, the range hood remains a viable option by employing a carbon filter. This filter adeptly captures cooking odors, purifying the air before reintroducing it into the kitchen. Keep in mind that all carbon filters should be replaced approximately every 2-3 months, contingent on individual cooking habits and frequency. The package includes all necessary mounting hardware. The Carbon Filter (Type "G") cartridges are conveniently available in sets of two, with both filters requiring simultaneous use. This design is specifically compatible with select models, including the 36″ Aesthetics Black Wall, Splash Series, and 36″ Linea Wall Range Hood.
