Return, Refund, and Other Policies

At Drimmers Appliances, we want you to be confident in your purchase. We strongly encourage you to review product specifications, measurements, and installation requirements before placing your order. Our team is here to answer questions and help ensure you make the right choice the first time.

That said, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Below is our return policy outlining how returns are handled and what qualifies.

Before You Buy

  • Reviewing model specifications, cut-out dimensions, and electrical/gas requirements
  • Reading installation manuals or asking us for a copy
  • Consulting with your contractor or installer
  • Calling our team with any questions before purchasing

Damaged Shipments

We take shipping seriously, but appliances are large, and delicate. Please follow these steps:

  • Inspect your appliance at delivery: before signing anything. Check all sides of the box and the product itself.
  • If there's visible damage, refuse the delivery and write the issue on the delivery receipt.
  • If damage is discovered after delivery, you must contact us within 24 hours at orders@drimmersUSA.com or 305-573-9010 with photos and order details.

Important: After you sign for and accept an item, you are responsible for any damage claims not reported within 24 hours.

Defective Merchandise

Most products come with a manufacturer warranty. If your product is defective:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • After 24 hours, contact the manufacturer directly. Most brands require a service call to determine the next steps.
  • If parts are missing or damaged, they may be eligible for free replacement under warranty.

If a residential appliance is installed in a commercial setting or moved outside the continental U.S., the manufacturer warranty may be void.

General Return Policy

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 15 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
  • Only brand-new, unused, uninstalled items in original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and blank warranty cards are eligible.
  • Items that have been installed, used, plugged in, or moved from their original delivery location cannot be returned.
  • Returns must be shipped using the same method as delivery (e.g., freight orders must be returned via freight).
  • Items must arrive at our warehouse undamaged and in original condition to qualify for a refund.
  • All returns are subject upto a 50% restocking fee.
  • Shipping charges (both to and from our warehouse) are non-refundable, even if the item originally shipped free.
  • Unauthorized returns or items returned without a valid Return Authorization (RA) will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Air conditioners
  • Special-order items
  • Commercial or industrial laundry equipment
  • Open-box, clearance, or final sale items
  • Accessories or parts
  • Any product reported more than 15 days after delivery

Clearance & Open Box Models

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of warehouse inspection.
  • If a refund is requested more than 90 days after the original payment, a store credit will be issued instead.
  • No returns, refunds, or layaways are permitted.
  • If a unit is refused for physical damage upon delivery, or if Drimmers determines the unit is non-repairable, a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the unit only.
  • By completing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and authorizes their credit card company to comply accordingly.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.
  • Refunds will be processed according to our store's policies. Please contact us for a copy of our full policies.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of warehouse inspection.
  • If a refund is requested more than 90 days after the original payment, a store credit will be issued instead.

We Reserve the Right

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product:

  • Shows signs of use or installation
  • Is returned without original materials or packaging
  • Is damaged due to improper return shipping
  • Arrives without prior authorization
