Order Cancellations

Before Confirmation

Orders can be canceled at any time before the order has been confirmed.

After Confirmation

Once an order is confirmed, we do not guarantee that cancellation will be possible. If cancellation is approved, a restocking and cancellation fee of up to 50% may apply.

Custom, special-order, and open box items cannot be canceled after confirmation.

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been processed and/or the product has been released to our warehouse, vendor, or purchasing team for fulfillment — whichever comes first.
