Local & Nationwide Shipping
Drimmers Appliances offers delivery throughout the continental United States for most major home appliances. Due to the nature of these products and brand-specific rules, some orders may require additional time or handling. Please review the information below to understand how your delivery will be managed.
Free Standard Delivery (Local & Nationwide)
We offer free standard delivery within the contiguous United States for orders over $1,299. Orders under $1,299, or deliveries to certain remote or extended service areas, may incur an additional delivery charge, as our standard delivery trucks do not service all locations. If an additional charge applies, it will be confirmed prior to processing your order.
Delivery Outside South Florida
We proudly deliver nationwide. Shipping costs and delivery windows vary based on product availability, distance, and handling requirements. Our team will confirm timelines before processing your order.
Note: Certain products may require us to first receive the item at our Miami warehouse prior to final delivery. If your order requires additional time, we will notify you promptly.
Delivery Coordination
Every shipment is coordinated directly with you to ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the order. Once your item is ready to ship, our team or carrier will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery window.
Three Delivery Types
1. Standard Delivery (Free - First Threshold Only)
Your item will be delivered to the first accessible threshold only. This means delivery to the front door or garage, whichever is the first dry and accessible point. It will not be brought inside or upstairs unless upgraded to a premium service.
2. White Glove Delivery (Optional Upgrade – In-Home / Room of Choice)
Available in select areas at an additional cost. This includes:
- In-home placement
- Unboxing
- Packaging removal
White glove delivery does not include installation or haul-away unless specifically arranged.
Stairs Policy:
White Glove delivery includes up to five (5) total steps. Deliveries requiring more than five steps will incur an additional charge, which will be disclosed prior to delivery.
3. Installation & Haul-Away Services
Installation and old appliance removal are not included by default. These services can be arranged for an additional fee:
- Performed by licensed professionals
- Must be scheduled in advance at time of order
Order Tracking & Delivery Notifications
Local Deliveries
- You'll receive text and/or email notifications on the morning of delivery when the truck begins its route.
- Real-time tracking may be available depending on your location and delivery team.
Nationwide or Freight Deliveries
- Once your order ships, we'll provide a freight tracking number (BOL) or other applicable tracking details.
- Delivery status and estimated arrival will be provided by the freight carrier directly.
Delivery Timeframes
Most standard orders are delivered within 3 - 14 business days. Timelines depend on inventory availability, destination, and logistics.
- For special orders, backordered items, or deliveries requiring additional routing through our Miami warehouse, extra time may be required. We will notify you in advance.
Missed Deliveries or Inaccessible Locations
If delivery cannot be completed due to absence, unsafe conditions, or restricted access, you may be subject to:
- Re-delivery fees
- Storage fees
- Possible order cancellation.
Damaged Items
- Please inspect your appliance at the time of delivery before signing.
- If damage is visible, do not accept the item. Notate the issue with the delivery driver and contact us immediately.
- If damage is found after delivery, notify us within 24 hours with photos at orders@drimmersUSA.com.
After this 24-hour window, damage claims may no longer be eligible for resolution.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
- Delivery is available only within the contiguous United States.
International Orders (Export via Freight Forwarders)
We gladly accept international orders, provided they are shipped through a freight forwarder located in Miami.
- Our responsibility ends once the product is delivered to the designated freight forwarder.
- We do not assume liability for the shipment once it is received at the freight forwarder's facility.
- If you need assistance finding a reliable freight forwarder, our team will be happy to help coordinate or provide referrals.
- All sales are final.
