How It Works
Step 1: Place Your Order
Once your product is selected and availability confirmed, we’ll guide you through a smooth purchasing process with secure payment options suited for export orders. When placing your order online, please use your freight forwarder’s address as the shipping address. In the 'Name' field at checkout, include the name of your freight forwarder to help us identify and prepare your shipment accurately.
Step 2: Choose Your Freight Forwarder
You'll need to provide your freight forwarder's contact details and warehouse address. If you don’t have one, we’re happy to refer you to reliable freight companies in the Miami area.
If you are not ordering online and are working with our sales team, please make sure your freight forwarder's name and complete shipping address are included on your invoice and delivery instructions.
Step 3: Product Inspection & Release
Before releasing your items, our team carefully inspects them to ensure they’re in factory-new condition. We'll package them for safe transit and hand them off to your freight forwarder, along with all required export documentation.
Payment Policy for Export Orders
We accept:
- Wire Transfers
- ACH Bank Transfers
- Zelle
- Certified Bank Checks
What’s Included
We assist in preparing:
- Commercial Invoices
- Packing Lists
- Model & Brand Confirmation
- Serial Numbers (upon request)
Please note: Customs clearance and export declarations are handled by your freight forwarder.
Important Considerations
- Once the product is delivered and signed for at the freight forwarder’s warehouse, our responsibility ends.
- Drimmers is not liable for damage, delays, or loss once your shipment leaves the freight forwarder’s facility.
- All damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery to the freight forwarder.
- Exported items are not returnable. Most manufacturer warranties are only valid in the U.S. Always verify warranty coverage before purchase.
Freight Forwarder Requirement
We do not ship directly to international addresses. All export orders must be arranged through a freight forwarder located in Miami.
- Customers must provide the complete contact information and shipping address of their chosen freight forwarder.
- We are happy to recommend reliable freight forwarders upon request.
Responsibility & Liability
Our responsibility for an export order ends once the item is successfully delivered to and signed for by the freight forwarder.
- We are not liable for any damage, delay, loss, or issue that occurs after the shipment is received at the freight forwarder's facility.
- All claims for missing or damaged merchandise must be made at the time of delivery to the freight forwarder.
Payment Terms
- Credit card payments are not accepted for export orders.
- Accepted payment methods include: wire transfer, ACH, Zelle, or bank-issued checks.
- Orders must be paid in full before release to the freight forwarder.
Product Inspection & Export Readiness
- Prior to release, our team will inspect and verify that the product is in factory-new condition.
- It is the customer's responsibility to confirm the freight forwarder can receive and safely handle the shipment.
Export Documentation
We can assist in preparing any necessary documentation for your freight forwarder:
- Commercial invoice
- Packing list
- Brand/model confirmation
- Serial number if requested
We do not offer customs clearance services.
Warranties on Exported Products
Most manufacturer warranties are valid only within the U.S. Once the product leaves the U.S., warranty coverage may be voided.
- We advise all international customers to verify warranty terms directly with the brand prior to purchase.
- Drimmers is not responsible for servicing or facilitating warranty claims on exported items.
- We do not accept any returns for items that have been exported.
