International Exports
Drimmers Appliances proudly serves international customers by supporting export orders through verified U.S. based freight forwarders. While we do not ship directly outside of the United States, we make the export process simple and seamless through our trusted logistics process.
Freight Forwarder Requirement
We do not ship directly to international addresses. All export orders must be arranged through a freight forwarder located in Miami.
- Customers must provide the complete contact information and shipping address of their chosen freight forwarder.
- We are happy to recommend reliable freight forwarders upon request.
Responsibility & Liability
Our responsibility for an export order ends once the item is successfully delivered to and signed for by the freight forwarder.
- We are not liable for any damage, delay, loss, or issue that occurs after the shipment is received at the freight forwarder's facility.
- All claims for missing or damaged merchandise must be made at the time of delivery to the freight forwarder.
Payment Terms
- Credit card payments are not accepted for export orders.
- Accepted payment methods include: wire transfer, ACH, Zelle, or bank-issued checks.
- Orders must be paid in full before release to the freight forwarder.
Product Inspection & Export Readiness
- Prior to release, our team will inspect and verify that the product is in factory-new condition.
- It is the customer's responsibility to confirm the freight forwarder can receive and safely handle the shipment.
Export Documentation
We can assist in preparing any necessary documentation for your freight forwarder:
- Commercial invoice
- Packing list
- Brand/model confirmation
- Serial number if requested
We do not offer customs clearance services.
Warranties on Exported Products
Most manufacturer warranties are valid only within the U.S. Once the product leaves the U.S., warranty coverage may be voided.
- We advise all international customers to verify warranty terms directly with the brand prior to purchase.
- Drimmers is not responsible for servicing or facilitating warranty claims on exported items.
- We do not accept any returns for items that have been exported.
